Our Story

Long before Evident Soap was a business, soap making was solely a hobby for Natalie Clause, beginning in 2013. This interest derived from a place of pure curiosity and a genuine love for science, sprinkled with crafting and creating in her everyday life.

In September of 2022, Natalie and her family were deeply impacted by Hurricane Ian, which made landfall in Southwest Florida. Their home, vehicles, and nearly all personal belongings were destroyed by floodwaters reaching as high as five feet.

During this time of adversity and loss, Natalie decided to propel her energy not only into the recovery process, but also building something new. She began her journey of creating Evident Soap with others in mind, focusing on research and development of all-natural soap making. Her mission was to formulate several all-natural soaps and encourage others to transition from commercial detergent soap by seeing, experiencing and believing in the benefits of investing in oneself.

With nearly a decade of prior business ownership, years of experience in laboratory science and management, and the knowledge of how all-natural ingredients can improve wellbeing, Natalie is passionate about delivering high quality, and all-natural soaps for the nourishment of the skin and the betterment of overall health.

As Evident Soap continued to grow, it naturally became a shared passion between mother and daughter. Using the soaps daily and falling in love with how they made her skin feel, Natalie’s daughter, Alexandria, became deeply involved with the brand of Evident Soap. She assists behind the scenes with marketing, packaging, and the creative direction of the business. Together, they collaborate closely on ingredient selection, thoughtfully choosing clays and essential oil blends that align with the purpose of Evident Soap.

Our greatest hope is that Evident Soap leaves you feeling more cared for, nourished, and refreshed in mind, body, and spirit due to the investment in yourself and skincare. We hope the evidence of all-natural and pure ingredients will be found in the daily usage of the soap, which is crafted with genuine thoughtfulness and from an overflow of care for others' wellbeing. Evident Soap has grown into a family driven business rooted in intentionality, purpose, and passion for the wellbeing of all who use their soap.
