Soap Bar Use & Care

All of our soap bars are hand cut and weigh approximately 5 oz. The sizes can vary from bar to bar. The soap is handcrafted in small batches for the best possible quality.

How to use and ensure the best experience of your soap

Your initial use:

  • Work up a lather under water and gently massage the lather onto your skin.
  • Using a circular motion to fully cleanse your skin.
  • Rinse all the lather off your skin paying attention to delicate skin areas.
  • Do not ingest, avoid direct eye contact.
  • Always discontinue if irritation occurs.

Long-Term care of your Soap Bars:

  • Allow your soap to air dry between uses. This prevents your soap from becoming soft and possibly deteriorating much faster.
  • Avoid storing your soap in humid or damp conditions. Instead, store in a cool, dry area and away from sunlight.
  • Scent fading is common with natural soaps and the use of essential oils. If you notice the scent starting to fade, try using it as soon as possible. The fragrance of essential oils can be reinvigorated once lathered as well.

Life-Expectancy:

  • Cold processed soap (with no food additives) has no expiration date.
  • Cold processed soap with food additives we suggest to use within 6 months to experience the look and overall formulations with the additives.
  • Cold processed soap is gentle in nature. The pH range of our soaps are between 8-10 which does not allow for mold or bacteria to grow.

By following these guidelines you will have the lasting benefits of your soap bars and maximize their cleansing abilities.
